My last post was May 17th. It has been nearly three months since I have posted anything. Quite a bit has taken place over the summer and blogging took a back seat. Here is a brief rundown:
- Cathy and I are in the initial process of pursuing career missionary service
- I began work on my MDiv through Liberty University online, taking 15hrs now and 15 in the fall
- We have been working with a Nepalese group of believers in Columbus OH
- Over the course of a month we prepared our house in order to put it on the market, if you are looking for a great 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house check it out here
- Cathy's employer was bought by our local hospital and she has had several major changes
- She is preparing to enroll in ACTC to acquire several more credits to meet the requirement by the missions agency
Needless to say we have been a bit busy, and this with several weddings, funerals, and other church related responsibilities that are greater in importance than blogging. I have several books that I have reviewed and will begin posting them along with updates on our journey through the missions process. Please keep us in your prayers! I will post soon about the beginning steps that lead us to our decision to pursue missions, what we are exploring, where we feel God leading us to serve, and everything in between. But for now,
